Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS). If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. Agreement Overview

By accessing or using the services provided by Neteronhost (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to Windows/Linux VPS, domain registration, and web hosting (collectively, “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which are incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neteronhost concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written. If you represent an entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age to utilize our Services. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement or have obtained verifiable parental/guardian consent.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

2.3 Account Verification

We may require you to verify your identity and account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. User Obligations & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, and this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You shall not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or permit:

• Illegal Content or Activities: Hosting, distributing, or transmitting material that violates intellectual property rights, promotes violence, constitutes fraud, is defamatory, obscene, or violates privacy.
• Network Abuse: Unauthorized access, interference, or disruption of networks/servers (e.g., Denial of Service attacks, spamming, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware).
• Spam & Phishing: Sending unsolicited bulk communications or operating deceptive schemes.
• Cryptocurrency Mining: Resource-intensive mining without explicit written consent.
• Malware: Distributing viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code.
• Copyright Infringement: Infringing on any copyright or other intellectual property right. You are responsible for complying with DMCA notices and other takedown requests.
• Resource Usage: Exceeding any resource limits (bandwidth, storage, CPU) specified in your service plan.

3.3 Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of content hosted on our Services but assume full liability for its legality, accuracy, and compliance with this Agreement.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

4.1 Fees & Renewals

• Fees are payable in US Dollars and renewal invoices are generated 10 days before the renewal date.
• Services automatically renew if you have an attached credit/debit card, unless cancelled via your account dashboard at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
• We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cryptomus (Crypto Payment Processor), JazzCash, Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay, and Bank Transfers.

4.2 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or sales tax, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Late Payments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services for non-payment. Late payment fees may apply.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

• VPS & Hosting Services: Partial refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if Services fail to meet advertised specifications.
• Non-Refundable Items: Domain registration/renewal fees (governed by ICANN policies), one-time setup fees, and services terminated due to AUP violations.

5.2 Refund Process

To request a refund, open a ticket from your client area to the billing team or submit your request to billing@neteronhost.com within the eligible period, including your service details and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

6. Suspension & Termination

6.1 By Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately, without prior notice, for non-payment of fees, AUP violations, legal or regulatory compliance requirements, or any conduct deemed harmful to our business or other users.

6.2 By User

You may cancel Services at any time via your account dashboard. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.

6.3 Data Retention

Upon termination, your data may be deleted. We may retain certain data for legal or administrative purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) are excluded.

7.2 No Warranty

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. International Compliance

8.1 Data Protection

We adhere to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA (California). For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Other Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including laws related to content, data privacy, and online conduct.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after revisions constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or account dashboard notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
